Kamlesh Nagarkoti is an Indian Cricketer who plays for Rajisthan cricket team in domastic cricket as a bowler, He is a Right Arm Fast bowler and right handed batsman. He plays under 19 cricket team for India. Kamlesh is currently playing for Delhi Capitans in Indian premier league 2023 and previesly he played for Kolkata Knight Riders. He is mainly known for playing IPL, First Class Cricket, List A Cricket, and Short Format Cricket.

Kamlesh Nagarkoti was born on 28 December 1999 in Barmer, Rajisthan, India. His Father Laxman singh Nagarkoti was a subedar in Indian Army. Kamlesh belong to a middle class family but his dream was very big. Kamlesh was the darling of his parents, Kamlesh loved playing and watching cricket, but his financial condition was not so good that he could pay the fees of Kamlesh’s cricket academy, but the family did not let his dream break and the family supported Kamlesh.

Giving them permission to play cricket and got Kamlesh admitted to the cricket training center in Jaipur from where he started his cricket career. He started his career by playing domestic cricket for his hometown Rajasthan, Kamlesh gave a trial for Rajasthan Under-14 at the age of 13. But he was not selected in the team at that time. After that Kamlesh’s coach Surendra Singh Rathore made a lot of changes in his bowling and taught him both inswing and outswing.

After hard work Kamlesh was selected in Rajasthan Under 16 and Under 19 team in which he performed very well after which Nagarkoti was sent to New Zealand to play in India Under 19 team. On 26 February 2017, Kamlesh made his List “A “debut for Rajasthan in the 2016-17 Vijay Hazare Trophy.After two days Kamlesh took the first-ever hat-trick for Rajasthan against Gujrat in List A cricket, in the Vijay Hazare Trophy match.

Kalmesh impressed everyone by throwing ball at 149 kmph He got the chance to play in Indian premier league( IPL). In January 2018, Nagarkoti was bought by the Kolkata Knight Riders in the 2018 IPL auction for Rs 3.2 crores. But He did not play a match due to injury. Next Year He was retained by the Kolkata Knight Riders in 2019 IPL Auction and again He was ruled out of the tournament due to back injury.

On 26 September 2020, He made his IPL debut for the Kolkata Knight Riders against the Sunrisers Hyderabad in the 2020 Indian Premier League. In February 2022, Kamlesh was bought by the Delhi Capitals in the auction for the 2022 Indian Premier League at the prize 1 Crore 10 lakhs Rs.
