When she was studying in the Lahore College of Women’s University, her passion for cricket was so much that she started rejecting her desire to become a doctor and started pursuing her career. After completing his graduation, he decided to leave his studies and devoted all his attention to cricket.

At the age of 15, Bismah was included in the Pakistan National Cricket Team. On 13 December 2006, at the age of 15, Bismah Maroof made her oneday International (ODI) debut for Pakistan in the Women’s ICC Asia Cup 2006 against India.

After some year On 29 May 2009, Bismah Made her women’s t20 international debut for Pakistan against Ireland, during the 2009 RSA t20 Cup. Bismah Maroof is not yet to get a chance to play in the Test series for Pakistan.
