Hazratullah Zazai is an Afghan international Cricketer who plays for the Afghanistan National Cricket team as a Batsman, He is a Left Handed batsman and Slow left-arm orthodox bowler. He made his international debut for the Afghanistan cricket team in December 2016. Hazratullah also plays for Amo Sharks and Kabul Zwanam team in Domestic cricket as a Batsman. He has helped his team to win many important matches on the International and National levels till now.
Hazratullah Zazai was born on 23 March 1998 in Paktia, Afghanistan in a Sports lover Family. Hazratullah belongs to a sports lover family who likes to watch sports a lot in their house. Because of this Zazai was also very interested in playing cricket since childhood, he started playing cricket from a young age. Seeing his interest in cricket, his father enrolled him in the Cricket Academy where he honed his skills. Hazratullah took training in professional cricket during his teen’s Age after some time he got a chance to play for the domestic team.
He made his List A debut for Amo Region on 10 August 2017 against Mis-Ainak at Khost team in the 2017 Ghazi Amanullah Khan Regional One Day Tournament. Hazratullah made his first-class debut for Band-e-Amir Region on 20 October 2017 against Mis-Ainak at Khost in the 2017–18 Ahmad Shah Abdali 4-day Tournament. He made his T20 Debut for the Kabul Zwanan team in the 2018 first edition of the Afghanistan Premier League tournament.
Due to his Good performance in Domestic, he got a chance to play for the Afghanistan National cricket team, He made his Twenty20 International (T20I) debut the for Afghanistan team on 16 December 2016 against the United Arab Emirates. Hazratullah made his One Day International (ODI) debut for Afghanistan on 27 August 2018 against Ireland. In April 2019, Zazai was named in Afghanistan’s squad for the 2019 Cricket World Cup. In September 2021, Hazratullah was named in Afghanistan’s squad for the 2021 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup.
