Krunal Pandya was born on 24 March 1991 in Ahmedabad, Surat, Gujrat, India. He belong to a gujrati family. His father is a businessman and his mother is a house wife. Krunal love for cricket began during his childhood career. He stared playing cricket at very young age.
Krunal’s father knew that his son had a lot of interest in cricket And they had a dream to become a cricketer. Krunal’s father took him to the Vadodara Stadium during the Cricket Carnival where Krunal started his cricket training at Kiran More’s academy in the city. Krunal had to work hard to become a famous cricketer. Krunal started his cricket career with a domestic match for Baroda’s team, in which he has represented his team at the domestic level for a long time. Krunal left his school for focusing on playing cricket.
After a long time krunal made his first class debut for Baroda team on 6 October 2016, during the 2016-17 Ranji Trophy tournament. The following month He was the top scorer and wickte taker for Baroda team in 2016-17 Vijay Hazari Trophy. With his brilliant performence in the same year 2016 Mumbai Indian bought krunal pandya at the prize 2 crores in ipl 2016 auction.
He played many ipl match for Mumbai Indians as alsways played well. Played well in domastic cricket and ipl he got chance to play in indian national cricket team. Krunal made his T20 international debut for India against the West Indies on 4 November 2018, in his debut match he taking one wicket and scoring an unbeaten 21 runs off 9 balls. He made his Oneday international (ODI) debut for India on 23 March 2021, against England. Krunal is currently playing for Lucknow super giants since 2022 indian premier league.
