Maia Emily Bouchier is an overseas cricketer who currently plays for Hampshire, Southern Vipers and Southern Braves from 2014. He was born on 5 December 1998 in Kensington, Greater London. She plays as both right and left hand batsman and occasionally bowls only right arm medium pace. From 2010-2014, she played for Middlesex, Auckland, Melbourne Stars and Western Australia. She made her international debut for the England women’s cricket team in September 2020.

He also achieved his highest List A score of all time in the Championship, scoring 78 against Somerset.
Boucher moved to Hampshire in 2020. His first season with the club was successful, he scored two half-centuries and finished the season as the team’s leading run-scorer in the Twenty20 Cup. In 2022, she scored just 27 runs in four innings in the 2020 Women’s Twenty20 Cup. In the 2023 Women’s Twenty20 Cup, she was Hampshire’s leading run-scorer with 151 runs, including 74 scored against Sussex.
Bouchier also played for the Southern Vipers in the Women’s Cricket Super League in 2017 and 2018. He played in all 12 matches for the team in 2020, helping them reach the finals day and scored 115 runs in total, with a best of 41 against Lancashire Thunder.
Bouchier continued to play for the Southern Vipers in the 2021 Rachael Hayhoe Flint Trophy. She appeared in all 8 matches, including her team’s 39-run victory over Northern Diamonds in the final. She scored 184 runs at 31.50, also taking 2 wickets, the key achievement being the dismissal of Lauren Winfield-Hill in the final. He scored a half-century, 56*, in a win over the Western Storm.
