Meg lanning was born on 25 March 1992 in Singapore. For some Reason Her father moved to the thornleigh Suburd of Sydney. Where she started playing cricket at the age of ten under the coach Neil Williams. When she was 11 years old Her father against moved to Kew Suburd of Melbourne. She continue doing her cricket training.
Lanning started playing cricket at domastic level, she played her first domastic match on 6 december 2008 for Victoria against South Australian scorpions in the Women’s national cricket league a 50 over tournament. She has given many record breaking performances in domastic cricket in various tournament and team.
Played fantastic in Domastic cricket she got chance to play for Australia national womens cricket team. On 11 August 2013 she made her Test debut for Australia women’s against England womens in Warmsley England.
On 5 January 2011, Lanning made her Women Oneday International (WODI) debut for Australia against England In Perth Australia. On 30 December 2010 she made her Women T20 International debut for Australia against New Zealand.
