Mujeeb Ur Rahman Zadran was born on 28 March 2001 in Khost, Afghanistan. Mujeeb ur Rehman belongs to a sports-playing family, due to which he had an interest in sports since childhood. He started playing cricket at a young age. Mujeeb Ur Rahman developed a keen interest in cricket while watching the 2012 World T20 and wanted to become a spin bowler from the beginning, for which he started practicing using a tennis ball and watching YouTube videos of Ajantha Mendis. After that H,e joined a cricket academy to hone his cricket skills.
Mujeeb got a chance to play domestic cricket after hard work. Mujeeb Zadran made his List “A” debut for Speen Ghar Region on 10 August 2017 in the 2017 Ghazi Amanullah Khan Regional One Day Tournament. He made his Twenty20 debut for Boost Defenders on 11 September 2017 in the 2017 Shpageeza Cricket League. He made his First Class debut for Afghanistan on 14 June 2018 against India.
Soon Mujeeb Zadran was noticed by the Afghanistan Selectors and Got a Chance to play for the Afghanistan National team. Mujeeb Ur Rahman Zadran made his One Day International (ODI) debut for the Afghanistan team on 5 December 2017 against Ireland Team. He made his T20 International debut for Afghanistan on 5 February 2018 against Zimbabwe team. Then Mujeeb Zadran made his Test Debut for Afghanistan on 14 June 2018 against India Team.
Mujeeb also get a chance to play for World’s Most Expensive and Famous League Indian Premier League, From the 2018 to 2020 Ipl Auction Mujeeb Ur Rahman Zadran was bought by the Punjab Kings at the price of 4 Crore Rs for the Ipl Tournament. Later in the 2021 Ipl Auction Mujeeb Zadran was bought by the Sunrisers Hyderabad at the price 1.50 Crore Rs for the 2021 Indian Premier League Tournament.
